Hi everyone,
My EAD expired yesterday. I have called multiple times and the agents say it went into production 8/10/16 (two days after DACA approval). Unfortunately I cannot see this information in the USCIS case portal (my case says "In Process." My boss requested I submit proof that I began the process in order to continue working, unfortunately I do not know how long this will be true and whether or not I will receive my EAD before she changes her mind (or is legally forced to terminate me).

I got off the phone with a USCIS agent who before anything asked how many times I've called about the case as if the process wasn't entirely affecting our lives.... we're being terminated because of their delay and still choose scorn us for calling when we should be "thankful." She ended up stating that there is nothing she can do about what I see online and will likely not receive notice that my card went into production. But if it did shouldn't I have received a notice stating EAD was approved?

I believe a lot of this delay has to do with the proximity to our presidential elections, as much as I wanted better candidates I hope Hillary finds a way to help us... the other option, well lets say as much as I love Mexico I'd sure love to continue the life I've started in the US.
