I used that for the first two SR's, they told me I would be scheduled within 15 days, and still nothing.
The SR's now just say "Not schedule yet, when you're schedule you will receive it." Like OHH I THOUGHT I WAS SUPPOSE TO DRIVE TO NEBRASKA TO PICK IT UP.......

I am pressuring them to schedule me outside of BBSS, because i believe that is the issue. My profile was never sent to BBSS to schedule bios, because something in ELIS stop working for months. So they've been trying to work in small batches at a time while they figure out how to restore continuity in the older profiles. I doubt its 'data corruption', just transmission between all the different databases and automated systems. And i bet they have some low bidder IT guy working on this, with minimal resources.
