What is BBSS? They essentially kept telling me that it will come soon and wait 15 days, 15 more days...two other people I know submitted applications a ffew weeks after mine got theirs scheduled within the first two weeks.
I thought info pass was not useful judging from the posts here, and plus it had to be scheduled like two weeks in advance. But I am desperate now and wish I should have done that earlier too. Just hope they will be able to fix the application number and also the appt date. How long have you been waiting?
I just started a new job at the end of July, and I am starting to worry now. HR didn't say anything when I showed them the EAD card on my first day, and they haven't said anything since either. I think they will probably contact me soon though
it just sucks that my bios are not even done yet so I can't even submit other inquiries or take other steps.

Beyond retarded.
I am pressuring them to schedule me outside of BBSS, because i believe that is the issue. My profile was never sent to BBSS to schedule bios, because something in ELIS stop working for months. So they've been trying to work in small batches at a time while they figure out how to restore continuity in the older profiles. I doubt its 'data corruption', just transmission between all the different databases and automated systems. And i bet they have some low bidder IT guy working on this, with minimal resources.
