So after calling several times and asking for my renewal to be looked at cause it's "outside normal processing times", finally got transferred to speak with an officer, & manage to make an inquiry to the officer handling my case. There will be a news within 5 to 10 business days from that officer about my case , doesn't mean I'll be approved but news alas.
One thing that surfaced was the fact that my I-821D didn't show up with my A#
"Can't find it, did you apply at same time as your I-765, IF NOT when" was asked.
So was in hold and they had to find my I-821D, the only way it seemed it shows up, was thru the ioe# , so officer put that in notes and made inquiry to officeread handling my case.

Among other things most of you have dealt with so I just hope officer will see it and have the common sense to process it
