I talked to a Tier II rep like three times. They asked if I put in service requests and then basically told me to wait, wait and wait. The one I talked to yesterday actually said he noted on my case that bio needs to be scheduled but we will see if it will actually come before 9/7.
Officer at infopass scheduled my bio appt linked to my last renewal and the appt date wasn't until two days after my exp date, which is 10/09. He told me to walk in. Sucks that infopass appt are like two weeks in advance so now I have to wait until 8/31 to talk to them again. I thought those were internal application references until I found my old bio notice. Pretty much just been going around in circles for 70+ days. Having to wait 15 days before calling again is a pain too.

There's no mention of manually inputting info into system based on application, which I guess that means your application should be typed, if one handwrites them, it would be hard for the computer to recognize one's handwriting. 2. It clearly states that the Uscis personal, ones at the proper level, can manually schedule biometric. So for those who have not recieved the bio after months yet, you can try to call and ask for higher tires to set the date, or try at the you local uscis center and ask them via an infopass.
