No, They will ask, but if your fiance is a U.S. Citizen both illegal employment and unlawful presence is forgiven.
To extrapolate, It has nothing to do with right of an undocumented, but more about respecting the right of the petitioner. USCIS respects the rights of US citizens. It is why they forgive unlawful presence for visa overstays and 'illegal' employment.
