Got off the phone with a Tier 1 rep this morning who created a service request for me. He said my application is still pending, and he did agree that it is past normal processing time. I'm breathing easier that I have a service request submitted now.

Also, an attorney from NILC said she will submit my case to be flagged by USCIS in D.C. on Monday 8/29. NILC is apparently submitting cases to flag in batches, beginning with cases that have already expired. A batch of cases were submitted this morning, and they can only submit a case to be flagged no earlier than 10 days of expiration.
