I just called USCIS again and the agent was actually nice she said that even though my i821d has April 21 as the day it was received what is important is my receipt letters. Then I mentioned the email I received about my case being reviewed by TSC and she said that if my case was transferred I would get a letter letting me know but the email doesn't necessarily mean it was transferred it only means that TSC is going to answer my question which is WHY IS MY CASE STILL PENDING....

And of course to call back in 30 days if I haven't gotten a response... :]]]]]]]]]]♧
