Just got this from nilc.reply:
"In order for us to assess how and if we can help speed up your DACA renewal, please email back with the information below.
- A#
- DACA renewal receipt #
- EAD receipt #
- Any mailings received from USCIS?
- Have you traveled outside the U.S. since receiving DACA?
- Have you had any encounters with law enforcement since receiving DACA?
Can you also send me your address? Given the seriousness of your situation, we may need to see if your Senator or Congressional Representative might be able to weigh in with USCIS on your behalf. (And your address will let me know who your Congressional reps are.)
If you are not already doing this, you will also want to check the USCIS on-line case tracking tool (
https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do) and the ELIS system every day, as your renewal is likely to be reflected there before you actually receive your new EAD in the mail. And your employer will likely accept the approval online even if your EAD hasn’t yet arrived.
Finally, you may want to check out our tipsheet on expediting your renewal (if you haven’t already):
https://www.nilc.org/issues/daca/ste...newal-delayed/
Let me know if you have any questions. Please send the info above as soon as you can so that we can get moving on this.
Thank you,
-S"
