I followed up with NILC.
They said:
"Sorry but somehow your case wasn’t input into the spreadsheet we are using to track cases so I didn’t realize your DACA had already expired.

We will raise your case around Monday, as we are compiling the cases we plan to raise. I will let you know when we raise it, and if we are able to raise it sooner

They so busy. So they are going to submit a batch of people on Monday to flag to USCIS :/
