Well if you can give us some insight as to why you think its complicated it would be nice
I'm also using 245(I) but I'm using it as a "grandfathered deriviate beneficiary" based on my moms old approved I-130 that my US citizen grandfather did for us. I used school report cards "1999-2002"and vaccination record showing my mom and me being in the U.S. Around Dec 20 2000.
