Update:

EAD expired 8/17.

Submitted a SR, reached out to congresswoman, created a case with obudsman, and went in for an info pass.

Agent at Info Pass told me my case is still being processed and the only thing he saw was that my case was flagged because of security since I did not answer one of the security questions. Which is FALSE!
I have my copy of my application submitted and I can see the scanned app they received with all questions answered.

I'm at a risk of losing my job for sure by now. My employer is already looking for a replacement (LOL hoe's ain't loyal)
