I was able to restrain myself for 24 hours... Just checked, still pending. I expire in 3 days and HR haven't mentioned anything and hope they won't.
My department is so short staffed that I cannot take any leave of absence. My manager doesn't really do anything, he only delegates so it will reflect badly on me professionally if I suddenly have to stop working.
