I know, right? The thing that is giving this away as a technical issue is the lack of RFEs. Maybe people aren't reporting them, but it seems to me that if there was cause for USCIS to "perform additional reviews," then it would have sent an RFE. I don't see many people posting about RFEs on this thread, particularly those who have lengthy delays.
