hey sorry to bother you but I saw your post about waiting a long time to get your bios and how you finally went about to getting an ELIS account and such. I'm starting to be in the same boat, I created a USCIS account but I never got the code through mail, how did you get yours through the phone? I called them a while ago and said I had to contact them through their website first.
