So I have an InfoPass appointment in an hour and I'm trying to be hopeful that something has changed. I went to an InfoPass appointment 20 days ago and my background check was still pending even though I did my bios on May 5th #eyeroll.

Also, finally received a response from my Ombudsman request saying they finished reviewing my request for assistance and have contacted USCIS regarding my case.

Praying for a fast and actual response other than the same generic crap.
