I think she was out the half part of last week and just got back in today. I sent a follow-up email to her last week like twice and they said she was currently out and she'll reply upon her return. Has she asked you about stating what kind of hardship, etc.? She was just gathering additional information from me today but didn't mention anything about flagging the case. Praying for you!
