He can't top the moron who lost 1/3rd of the country. No president can top that unless they lose more than that. I would've flooded the top portion of the country with Mexicans and encouraged them to reproduce, even if the middle parts end up losing people. I guess everything is fine now, mexicans are becoming a large group in some places 30-50-60% of the population. If anything the southwest is becoming more mexican as time goes on.
