I just gave them the run down of my case, I wasn't confrontational. It was more of like, I know there are issues and no one outside of USCIS knows what's up, but just let me know what is my current status. I told them I had become familiar with the Standard Procedure of the process and that I knew something was wrong.
I just asked for some status, or timeline to my final adjudication.

SCOPS fwd the email to NCS and the rest is history. I don't think they will put much attention unless you are really in a dire situation, in case there are people with explorations of like 30-60 days out trying to get answers ASAP.
Just emailed hq. Told them my service requests haven't been very helpful and that my latest request was conflicting with what the representative told me. Wasn't pushy at all, so we'll see how it goes.
