Just off phone with uscis rep. Seems I can't be transfered to an immigration officer, as there's a high volume of calls . So inquiry was made for a call back from an officer within 3 to 5 business days.
Basically I was trying to get a faster response than the inbox via ELIS, As I got a message via ELIS inbox today stating:
You application has been suspended because you missed your Biometrics appointed, that was mail on 4/2/2016. To make it short
That inquiry was made on 8/26/2016

Now I did my Biometrics on 4/26/2016 and have stated that , on previous calls I've made , and they all asure me it wouldn't be an issue.
Anyway I tried making another inquiry via ELIS inbox but it seems it's down????
Anyone have issues with it? Or its just me
