Does anyone have a theory as to why processing is the way it is right now? How are people that finish bios get approve within a day and there are people that have expired that applied earlier? I just want to know how this is possible.

I'm happy that those that have been waiting for bios received theirs and have even gotten approved instantly but it's just confusing and baffling how this is working out for the rest of us.
