Hey everyone, I've been lurking this thread for about two months now. I was just approved today. I checked on ELIS and my application still says In Progress but says for both I-821D and I-765:

USCIS has approved your application or petition, or request. USCIS will mail your proof of benefit or USCIS action to you.

I haven't received a text nor does it reflect on myuscis account yet. I tried messaging USCIS via ELIS never got a response on September 1st. I contacted NILC and they never told me if they are flagging my case. I sent them my details, they assigned me to a person there and then she asked for more info. After I sent her more info, I did not get a response yet.

Timeline:

Received: 04/15/2016
Biometrics: 05/04/2016
Approved: 09/07/2016
Expires: 09/08/2016


Talk about cutting it close for me!
