My heart is with you...as my biggest fear for those still waiting on their approval beyond normal processing time (where their cases are as normal as can be) is that anyone of the cases can become an anomaly that gets lost in the ELIS system...and USCIS will just keep giving the person lines like "Sorry, we can't help right now...try back later" for months on end

I can understand mistakes happening with computers, online systems, people, etc...but borderline hopeless BS like this where the best you can do is try and get more than 1 USCIS representative give you a reply that's a nicer version of "Sorry can't help you"...really makes things seem hopeless.

I really hope you get your approval...and my heart also goes out to all still waiting on their approval, especially the dreamer who needs his/her DACA to keep their dialysis going...
