I first noticed on case status that my card went into production on the 5th and the on Elis on the 7th it said was produced and mailed so I figured by the 12th it should've been shipped so I called. Make sure you speak to Tier 2 bc Tier 1's are useless. If they don't want to transfer you call back and try again.
