I emailed NSC again and this was their reply:

"I emailed you on September 9th that I have asked for a supervisory review of your case. That review has not yet been completed. As I stated in that email, if you have not received a decision or other notice of action on this case within 14 days from the date of this message, please contact us for an update."

I almost laughed they seem upset. Like come on I have been waiting for 8 months (?) I can email you as many times as I want!
