I just spoke to a tier 2 officer and she told me that my I-765 application is APPROVED even though ELIS shows pending and case tracker shows received on sept 5th when it was received on april 7th. She also told me that as of sept 12th they started production and then the line cut off -__- I called USCIS again to try to speak to a tier 2 again and they said today they're limiting transfers to tier 2 officers and to call again tomorrow morning to resolve the conflicting information on my case shown online.

My DACA was approved last week on Sept 8th so those who have been approved are i guess in EAD production but they just didn't update that yet.
