Yes Nebraska is my service center. They received my paperwork on June 7, 2016. My EAD expired on September 11, 2016. I have yet to receive my biometrics appointment. Everytime that I speak to a rep 1 or 2 they say I should be getting an appointment soon and nothing ever happens. I submitted my paperwork about 20 days after I should have so I get the delay but not having an appt. at this period it's really odd. This is my 3rd time renewing. I know what is normal processing time and this isn't it!

I have an infopass scheduled on September 27th so hopefully I'll have better news then. Thank God my boss is really understanding and willing to wait. A month ago stress was killing me!
