Some thing odd just happened...
My EAD was approved on 09/13/1.
I checked today and it went back to "USCIS has accepted your application, petition or request for processing"
Then, checked using just my receipt#. NOT USING ELIS and it says my card has gone into production..

has this happened to any one? would it be safe to say the card is in fact gone into production?
if so, how long does it take for the status to change from "card is being proceed" to actually having in on your hands?
