Once your card gets produced and mailed it is sent via priority mail. Which gets a tracking number. Back in 2012 and 2014 once your case was updated a tracking number was given. But now that the system is all messed up you have to call USCIS and speak to a tier 2 rep to get this tracking number. Call the 1800 number.
