Just got off the phone with a Tier 2 rep who was able to give me a tracking number for my EAD. Although he claims it was mailed on the 15th, the status shows that is was accepted at the Kentucky post office today at 1:50 pm. So another 2-3 days... Sucks that I won't have it today, but at least I know it's actually on its way now.
