Well, if you look at the top of the processing time spreadsheet that was updated on Sep 15, it says that the times are accurate as of July 31. Unfortunately they are just taking their sweet time.
However, if your case is from before 5/7 I would call again.
Also,
the next person that calls, can you ask what date they are currently processing? I know its based on the order that they were received but would give me hope to see that 5/7 get closer to 5/11
