Just got turned away at the dmv after 2 hours of waiting. Lol. Apparently we do need the physical card =\ I'm praying it comes this week. ELIS OR BASIC CASE STATUS hasn't reflected shipping of the card.

Also, their system is so weird. I just got a response through ELIS re: my earlier inquiry and they said they're gonna let NSC answer since that's my processing center. This is AFTER they sent me an email that my card is indeed in production. Lol
