They have two years, after that it goes to federal court.
But if the citizenship has been obtained by fraud and the person has other sins there's pretty good chance it'd get stripped.
Overall our problem is that we're too honest. We should do everything the right way, namely sanded off fingerprints, fake birth certificates, fake diplomas, etc.
Trump's grampa got into this country somehow. Same with all the hispanic republicans. I could bet you that if someone raided a Little Havana they'd find half of those Cuban refugees have fake documents.
