So I just got this email from the congressmen's office representative that was checking my case:


"This e-mail message is in reply to your inquiry regarding (xxxxx) Form I-821D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals and his Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, which your constituent filed with USCIS on 05/04/2016.

USCIS records indicate your constituent’s DACA renewals request are in a queue for processing at the Nebraska Service Center (NSC); however, the processing of these cases are not complete. We are currently reviewing these types of applications received on 03/16/ 2016 or earlier. We understand the applicants’ frustration; please assure the applicant that USCIS is striving to resolve these issues as soon as possible. Once USCIS review is completed, these cases will be processed as expeditiously as possible under applicable laws, regulations and policies. Unfortunately, agency guidelines do not allow for the expedited processing of Form I-821D/ I-765 DACA cases. We cannot state, at this time, when the review process for these application will be completed."
