I put in 2 service request and i also filed ombudsman and emailed NILC. I also sent an email through ELIS. Below was the response from Nebraska's office.

We are working the DACA renewal applications by the date received, and the previous card expiration. Your case is in queue to be processed in the order it was received. The Form I-765 case is contingent and dependent on the approval of the Form I-821D. If you do not receive a decision or other notice of action within two weeks, you may wish to contact us for an update. Please note, the NSC is unable to grant requests for expedited processing in Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) cases.
