It doesn't make a lot of sense, but it is not immediately mailed after production (even though ELIS msg says produced and mailed). It is truly mailed 2-3 days after card is produced and add 1-2 days for shipping.
After it's mailed, USPS 2-day priority tracking # is updated to your ead receipt and available to tier 2 rep.
