At this point I would keep calling and ask for a tier 2 rep, I feel like at this point you have to be aggressive with your case...if you sent you application between 150-120days, paid the fee, and completed your biometrics on time, they have to take that into consideration (even though they don't) there is no other choice but to keep asking about your case. Tell me about it. For the past month I've called every other day. Whats frustrating is that no one knows anything. I was put on leave from my job for 30 days but i feel that will be pointless anyway. This is so frustrating.
