02/18/16 Basofia's application number is 0900376XXX
05/15/16 DreamSpouse's application number is 0900695XXX

695,000-376,00= 319,000 application numbers which means there are at least 159,500 individuals ( 2 consecctive numbers per person, odd numbers for I-821D and even number for I-765) that applied between 02/18 and 05/15 (87 calendar days).
Considering the numbers of the spreadsheet, there are 132 applicants between the same period and 35 are still not approved or 26%. So if we use this percentage in the estimated total number of people during this period than about 41,470 people are still waiting for approval, not including anyone that applied after 05/15.
Of course this is only speculation but it would explain why the USCIS is so overwhelmed and unable to give straight answers.
But if the number are somewhat accurate it means that 159,500 people paid $465 each, it translate to $74,167,500.00......... Pretty sure they could afford to hire more help.

My timeline:
Application received: 05/09/16
Biometrics:06/02/16
Expiration:09/23/16
Approval: Pending
Not all receipt numbers in between are I-821D. There are several other biometrics scheduled notices, perhaps for OPT or citizenship applications. Only 25% are DACA cases.
