Update: He says they are working on cases submitted 05/09/16. That's new since we were told cases they are working on are the cases in 04/2016.

Got a call back from a Tier 2 as well and surprisingly he was extremely nice and helpful and told me that my case is in "final review" what ever that means and told me I should be approved before my expiration date (I really hope) I told him that I am at risk of losing my job and home and he offered to look further in my case and he did...So I hope he is right and he also said that Nebraska is currently processing early to mid May. Gonna keep calling regardless.
