Update: He says they are working on cases submitted 05/09/16. That's new since we were told cases they are working on are the cases in 04/2016.

Hoping this is true since I have a priority date of 5/10! (or around there since ELIS says 5/12...)
They won't give you until closer to your expiration date for your scholarship?
