Just got off the phone with a Tier 2 rep...again. This is like my fifth time calling since I expired. Every single one has been so unhelpful, borderline rude....

This particular one f*cking tells me to write a letter to the Vermont Service center. My case isn't even being processed there. Wtf?

After I keep asking her questions, she keeps berating me "Just write a letter to the center."
She doesn't respond to any of my questions ("My case is processing at the Nebraska center. Why do I have to contact Vermont?"; "Can't I send an email or phone them?"; "It will take months to just get a response. I am already expired.").

Just straight up ignores my questions and keeps repeating her line. I was so infuriated I wanted to curse her out, but I kept my manners.

I finally ask if she can put in a service request for me. She says "No." As I proceed to ask "Why?,"
