Keep us posted. I have not heard back from NSC about my SR, but I filed it prematurely citing my scholarship loss. If I'm not approved by day 105 (10/06/16), I will be emailing NILC to see if they can be of any help. My school is willing to give me until 11/01/16 to let them know what is going on. But, that's as far as they are willing to go.
I'm also traveling for work after 11/11/16 (expiration) and my HR department wants to know if I can even be sent on assignment if I expire at that point. So, USCIS is messing with my money.
