Application received 5/11/2016

Bio completed 8/1/2016

Current EAD expired 9/30/2016

On a 3 week leave of absence for work

I have made several case requests both online and with a Tier 2 Officer, all of which the results just got me again and again generic emails saying how my case is inline to be reviewed.

I also contacted NILC to elevate my case. I will be contacting my local congresswoman tomorrow to see if they can put pressure.

Other than that this whole renewal has been a serious nightmare. Every time I contact USCIS, I just get nasty responses from both Tier 1 & 2 reps. At this point I don't know what else can be done to speed up the process.
