So, I just received another service request reply. It is the typical generic message about my application still being in process and that it is still under normal processing time (it isn't). I have no idea what is going on. I have a headache.

I actually don't think it has been approved, regardless of the email I received yesterday saying it was approved. My ELIS or case status never changed. So, I'm going to take my name off of the spreadsheet until I get an actual confirmation from my ELIS account or the case status. I'll be calling a USCIS rep to see if they can clarify anything, because I am so confused.
