She said that was the final stage, but couldn't say wether that meant I was approved or not, only that a decision had been made today for manager approval. I contacted ILRC yesterday, so maybe that helped. I don't see why I wouldn't be renewed, but there's no telling how long the manager's approval takes. Hopefully this happens soon!
