I just got off the phone with a Tier 2 rep who was pretty rude, but she did say that the person assigned to my case has submitted his decision to a manager for a final decision. She said that was the final stage, but couldn't say wether that meant I was approved or not, only that a decision had been made today for manager approval. I contacted ILRC yesterday, so maybe that helped. I don't see why I wouldn't be renewed, but there's no telling how long the manager's approval takes. Hopefully this happens soon!
