Well, Ombudsman finally replied with:

"The Ombudsman's Office has reviewed your request for case assistance and contacted U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) regarding your case."

I totally forgot I had contacted them so I.. suppose I was pleasantly surprised they replied until now. Hopefully it does something.
