EAD?

Still waiting and nothing, my EAD expired on 11/06/16 and my employer is already asking me for some information. I called USCIS and they told me to call back on 10/31/16 because that's when 105 days will be since my application. The last 2 times I applied I got my renewal in so quick. Whats going on this year?
