Agreed and ditto! Start emailing and calling as a proactive measure and to put your case on alert.

Thank you both. Last week once I hit the 105 mark I began to work through the NILC checklist https://www.nilc.org/wp-content/uplo...is-delayed.pdf
I Submitted USCIS inquiry, contacted Ombudsman's office. I even have an info pass scheduled for 10/19. When I contacted the NILC directly I got this:

Due to a high volume of requests, we are now requesting practitioners and DACA recipients to use the following form to submit these cases to the ILRC (instead of email):

http://www.ilrc.org/ced/daca_renewal

Please note that the ILRC is only elevating DACA renewal applications: (a) that have been pending 105 or more days since USCIS received the case; or (b) where USCIS has not issued a biometrics notice and an applicant’s DACA expires within 30 days. Cases that fall outside of these grounds will not be elevated.

Please resubmit your case using the above link if you haven't already.

I did call USCIS a few weeks ago and they said It could take up to 6 months but it was not a Tier 2 Rep, haven't called back since (should I?). I have not contacted our local congressman Steve Israel.

Thank you for offering hope I will be approved soon. I am at a place in my life, work where I don't want to stumble anymore. Every Dreamer on this forum, however, makes me want to keep fighting.
