UPDATE:
So I walked in to ASC today, it was packed with people about 30-40. I waited in line, then I told the front desk person that USCIS told me to go to ASC and ask to speak to the manager (lie). She called the manager and I told the her that my card expires in 6 days, and I still didn't get my notice in the mail. She told me to sit down and wait. 5 minutes later she calls me and gives me my biometrics appointment notice and says "They scheduled you for 10/24/17 but come in today around 1PM and I will process you.

I will go there at 1PM and let you guys know what happens.
