I was already contacted by HR and was told I will be put on administrative leave until I can show proof that my I-765 has been approved.
I have reached out to NILC but I was told to contact them if I have no action on my case after 120 days of pending. I have reached out to my congresswoman and a congressional inquiry was made last Friday.
I applied for AP last year in November, and traveled to my home country in January 2016 for two weeks for business purposes. I was EWI and was issued a I-94. I included that I-94 on my form, along with a copy of my AP document and a copy of the I-94 printout. I'm not sure if this is is/will cause delays on my case. I've only spoken to one tier 2 rep, and he just told me to call back when my case has been pending for over 105 days. I've asked for a few tier 2 rep call backs, and never received any calls back.
This is extremely frustrating, and it kills me that a government agency has this much control over my life.

That's the same response I was provided by NILC when I hit 105 days. IRLC is now only escalating cases that have expired or are 2 weeks away from expiration.
NILC can escalate my case on 10/19/16 if I am not approved by then. I also have an InfoPass scheduled for 10/18/16. I'm trying to get a T2 rep on the phone again this morning to see if there is any new information, but I'm pretty sure it's going to be the same run around.
Check your local ASC and try to schedule an InfoPass appointment.
